This property was simply fantastic. Unobstructed view of the sun from early in the morning until just about an hour before sunset (in July), a nice pool to jump into when feeling hot, very good kitchen with everything you need, as well as an outdoor coal BBQ that I used almost every day.
The service offered by the host was excellent. She met me in Jete on the first day and guided me up the winding road to the house. Quite a challenging drive, but fun once I got the hang of it. I was given a tour of the house and a lot of useful information about the area and sightseeing opportunities. I was even given a selection of fruits and almonds grown on her farm!

"A hidden paradise. I heard about this place from a friend and went there in the "winter" - it didn't feel like winter very much. Sunshine, beautiful mountains, and very friendly hosts. If you go, ask the owners to direct you to the smaller beaches that no tourists know about. Also, don't miss on the mountains, Otivar, la herradura, la Pena Escrita, Almunecar and spanish village festivals (ask the owners whether there are any when you're visiting). There's a lot to do in the area, and the villa provides a beautiful and quiet place to relax between the excursions. My partner loved the place, and so did I. My only regret was not to stay longer.
