It’s Guacamole Time!
The avocadoes are ready and we are eating them three times a day.
We eat them for breakfast on toast with garlic; for lunch in the salad ; and of course guacamole at dinner time..
Benefits of avocadoes:
Healthy monounsaturated fat
high in potassium
low in carbohydrates
great for skin and hair
Avocado season is from end of October to April…
